Welcome to the BMS Yoga Center
Yoga is an ancient science of integrated health and well being through physical, mental and spiritual practice. It is also about self experience through the integration of Body, Mind and Spirit (or Soul). Our philosophy is built around these principles of aligning these three practice methods to improve the overall health. The benefits of Yoga include better body flexibility and core strength, better blood circulation to internal organs and improved focus & concentration.
Yoga classes at the BMS Yoga Center are primarily based on the “Hatha” style with a balance of Iyengar, Ashtanga Vinyasa and Anusara principles. Our focus is improving the health of the students through a combination of strength and flexibility. Our classes focus on proper alignment and yet provide good workout and deep relaxation for the students. Our teachers are RYT-200 certified and provide individual attention to the students with injuries or special needs.
